Mycoprotein, also known as glutamic acid residue or bacterial protein, is the residue from the extraction of monosodium glutamate, with a high protein content of 70%-75%. The protein in it is basically amino acids, with an amino acid content of 65% and a threonine content of 12%-13%, and contains a large number of live bacteria, including probiotics.
Extensive experiments show that adding mycoprotein to animal feed can significantly reduce the risk of disease outbreaks and mortality. For aquatic animals, it effectively reduces conditions such as rotten mouth, gills, and intestines due to its natural anti-inflammatory effects. It also enhances growth speed and meat quality in chicken (3% additive), cattle (5%-8%), and fish (3%-5%).
