Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional factory specializing in manufacturing Body Support and Foot care products such as Knee Support, Ankle Support, Arm Sleeves, Waist Support, Shoulder Support, Insoles, and Bunion Correctors with over 10 years of experience.
What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
In general, the MOQ is 500 pcs for each item. However, for items currently in stock, there is no limitation on the MOQ.
Can I put my design logo on the items?
Yes, we can print your logo using heat transfer stamping, silk screen printing, rubber printing, embroidery, sewing, or washing labels. You just need to provide the logo file.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM services, including free product design, packaging design, and comprehensive quality control services.
What is your sample policy?
We charge an appropriate sample fee for new customers. Existing samples may be provided for free depending on the transaction history. Sample fees can be refunded once order targets are met.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Normally, 3-5 work days for items in stock, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock items, and 25-35 days for fully customized items (size, color, material).
