INTENDED USE

LH Urine Rapid Test is a qualitative test used to predict when there is an LH surge, which is stated to be a reliable way by WHO. The Luteinizing Hormones increase triggers ovulation when the egg is released periodically from Normal fertile women in the middle of the menstrual cycle. Ovulation will occur after 24-48 hours following a positive test.

INTRODUCTION

Luteinizing hormone (LH) is a hormone whose content changes periodically with a woman's menstrual cycle and whose role is to stimulate the release of mature eggs in the ovaries. LH is abundant in the female urine at its peak, so measuring LH content of urine is a reliable indicator of ovulation. In the middle of a woman's menstrual cycle, LH secretion increases sharply, and ovulation can be promoted within 24 to 48 hours after the formation of an "LH peak". Therefore, women are most likely to conceive within 1 to 3 days before and after the "LH peak". This kit sensitivity is 25mIU/mL LH.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the LH ovulation test work?
The test detects the surge of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine, which typically occurs 24-48 hours before ovulation. This helps identify the most fertile days of the menstrual cycle.
When is the best time to perform the test?
For best results, test at the same time each day (between 10 AM and 8 PM). Reduce liquid intake about 2 hours before testing to avoid diluting the LH in your urine.
How accurate is the LH Urine Rapid Test?
The test has an accuracy rate of 98.5%, making it a highly reliable tool for predicting ovulation when used according to instructions.
What should I do if the result is positive?
A positive result indicates an LH surge. Since ovulation usually occurs 24-48 hours after the surge, the best time for intercourse to maximize the chance of pregnancy is within this window.
What if the test line is very light?
A light test line (lighter than the control line) indicates that there is no LH surge at that moment. You should continue testing daily until the test line becomes as dark as or darker than the control line.
Can medications affect the test results?
Certain fertility drugs containing LH or hCG may affect results. Most common medications like antibiotics or painkillers do not interfere with the test, but consult a doctor if you are undergoing hormone therapy.
