This product is an online tuning fork density meter (also known as an online tuning fork concentration meter), designed for real-time, continuous monitoring of liquid media in industrial processes. It operates based on the vibration principle of a tuning fork, measuring density by analyzing changes in the vibration frequency of the liquid within the liquid, and incorporates temperature compensation to improve accuracy.
Suitable for various harsh operating conditions, it is widely used in petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental protection, and battery electrolytes. It reliably measures acids, alkalis, salt solutions, alcohols, syrups, and wastewater slurries.
The core advantage lies in direct installation on pipelines or tanks, enabling online quality control and process optimization during production, effectively replacing traditional manual sampling.
