Product Description

HiPure MicroBiome DNA Kit

The HiPure Microbiome DNA Kit provides a reliable solution for DNA enrichment and extraction of parasitic microorganisms. Based on silica gel column purification technology, it eliminates the need for toxic phenol-chloroform extraction and alcohol precipitation. The entire process takes only 60 minutes and is suitable for enrichment from anticoagulant blood, tissue, intestinal microorganisms, and effective removal of cellular host DNA. The obtained DNA can be directly used for PCR, enzyme digestion, and Southern blot experiments.
