This product is an online tuning fork density meter (also known as an online tuning fork concentration meter), designed for real-time, continuous monitoring of liquid media in industrial processes. It operates based on the vibration principle of a tuning fork, measuring density by analyzing changes in the vibration frequency of the liquid within the liquid, and incorporates temperature compensation to improve accuracy. Based on the density value, the instrument can further convert and output various concentration-related parameters, such as percentage concentration, Baumé degree, and saccharification.
Suitable for various harsh operating conditions, it is widely used in petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental protection, and battery electrolytes. It can reliably measure various acids, alkalis, salt solutions, alcohols, syrups, and wastewater slurries.
